How It Works

Three Steps to Community Accountability

From a citizen with a camera to a permanent public record of governance performance. The entire platform cycle, explained in under a minute.

01

Submit a Report

A citizen spots broken or missing infrastructure in their community — a collapsed bridge, a school with no roof, a health centre with no water. They photograph it, add a description, and submit a report through the platform.

02

Verification Pipeline

The report enters a three-stage verification process: Ward Coordinator review, Infrastructure Committee field inspection, and CAA Final Approval. Only verified reports become permanent public records on the platform.

03

Intervention & Record

Verified records attract attention. Interventions are made — by government, diaspora associations, or NGOs. Every completed improvement is permanently credited in the Record of Performance, creating accountability that lasts.

Four Pillars of CAA Governance

The platform operationalizes transparency, impact delivery, asset tracking, and strategic collaboration at every Local Government Area across Nigeria.

Risk Mitigation

Risk Mitigation

Real-time verification and compliance mapping de-risks diaspora-led infrastructure investments. Every project milestone is validated by on-the-ground CAA administrators before funds are released.

Asset Tracking

Asset Tracking

Safeguard physical project milestones with granular tracking. Confirm that funding directly correlates to productive, on-the-ground developments across all LGAs.

Citizen Engagement

Aggregated feedback and sentiment tracking remove operational blind spots. Citizens submit concerns and commendations directly to their CAA for structured response.
