Building Accountability
One LGA at a Time
The Great Nigerian Assembly Community Accountability Application is a permanent, public infrastructure tracking system designed to make governance visible, measurable, and accountable at the Local Government Area level.
Our Mission
To create a permanent, publicly accessible record of infrastructure conditions and political performance across every Local Government Area in Nigeria — enabling citizens, diaspora communities, journalists, and development organisations to hold elected officials accountable with evidence, not opinion.
We believe that when governance is visible, it improves. When citizens can photograph a broken school, submit it through a verified pipeline, and see the improvement permanently credited to an office, the incentive structure of politics changes. No longer can promises be forgotten. Every intervention — or every failure to intervene — lives forever in the public record.
A Nigeria Where Every Citizen Knows What Their Government Built — or Failed to Build
By 2030, every one of Nigeria's 774 LGAs will have a live, publicly accessible infrastructure map. Citizens will submit reports as routinely as they send text messages. Politicians will campaign on their verified Record of Performance. Diaspora capital will flow to communities with transparent governance. And no infrastructure failure will ever be buried again.

Core Values
Evidence Over Opinion
Every claim is backed by photographs, coordinates, and committee verification. No hearsay enters the public record.
Community Ownership
The CAA committees are staffed by community members, not outsiders. The platform belongs to the LGAs it serves.
Permanent Transparency
Once verified, a report cannot be deleted. The Record of Performance is a permanent public archive.
Diaspora Inclusion
Overseas Nigerians are full participants — as reporters, funders, and committee members — not just donors.
