Reporting Guidelines

Everything you need to know to submit accurate, verifiable infrastructure reports. Following these guidelines ensures your report moves quickly through the verification pipeline.

New or fully renovated

  • Minimum 2 photos per report — one wide shot showing the full asset, one close-up showing the specific damage or absence.
  • Include at least one photo with a visible landmark, street sign, or known building for location verification.
  • Photos must be taken within 30 days of submission. Date-stamped photos are preferred.
  • Ensure good lighting. Blurry, dark, or unclear photos will result in the report being returned.
  • Do not use stock images, screenshots, or photos downloaded from the internet.
  • Maximum 10 photos per report. JPG or PNG format only, each under 5MB.
