Diaspora Portal
Overseas Nigerians are not outsiders — they are full participants in the accountability infrastructure of their hometown LGAs. Whether acting as an individual or through a collective township association, every diaspora member can register, report, fund, and track.

Two Ways to Participate
Diaspora Nigerians can act individually or pool resources through their hometown association. Both paths are fully supported by the GNA CAA verification and tracking infrastructure.
Individual Effort
Fund a specific project in your hometown directly. You choose the asset, approve the contractor, and release funds in tranches tied to verified milestones. Every naira is tracked.
- Select any asset in your registered LGA
- Choose a verified local contractor
- Release funds against milestone proof
- Receive permanent credit in the RoP
Township Association
Pool resources with fellow indigenes in your city abroad. Elect a project committee, vote on proposals from your LGA, and fund larger infrastructure that no single member could tackle alone.
- Register your association on the platform
- Receive verified asset reports from your LGA
- Vote on project proposals as a membership
- Track collective fund deployment in real time
