Dr. Amina Yusuf has spent eight years running free monthly medical outreaches across 14 wards in Kano Municipal LGA. She has personally supervised over 3,200 births, vaccinated more than 12,000 children, and established three community health volunteer networks that continue to operate independently. Her mobile clinic model has been adopted by two other LGAs in the North-West region.

Engr. Emeka Nwosu left his Lagos consultancy in 2019 to focus entirely on building low-cost concrete bridges and culverts in riverine communities across Anambra State. Using locally sourced materials and community labour, his foundation has replaced 23 dangerous wooden bridges with permanent concrete structures, eliminating seasonal isolation for over 18,000 residents.

She has built four community libraries from donated and salvaged materials, trained 36 volunteer reading tutors, and established a book donation pipeline from Lagos and Abuja schools. Over 4,000 children have learned to read through her programmes.

Alhaji Ibrahim Suleiman has funded the complete renovation of 11 public primary schools in Sokoto North, including roofing, flooring, furniture, and toilet facilities. His trust also provides annual scholarships to 120 students from indigent families and has built three school blocks from scratch using only local labour and materials. He requires no credit — only that the community maintains what he builds.

Hope Foundation was started by four unemployed graduates who decided to teach others what they had taught themselves. In four years, they have trained 840 young people in welding, carpentry, electrical installation, and plumbing. Over 60 percent of graduates are now self-employed or employed by local contractors. The foundation operates from a donated warehouse and charges no fees.

Their work is entirely funded by parishioners in Enugu, Lagos, and London.

They have built a communal storage facility, a produce aggregation centre, and secured direct supply contracts with three supermarkets in Owerri. Members' average household income has tripled since joining.

The 'earn while you learn' model means trainees receive a stipend during their six-month programme. Over 400 graduates have been placed, and the organization has built 19 community structures across Lagos LGAs.
